By accessing or using the Lead Growth AI software-as-a-service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription and AI Credits
Lead Growth AI is offered on a subscription basis. Your tier determines the monthly allocation of AI processing credits. Unused credits may not roll over, depending on your plan. Abuse of the AI generation tools or attempts to bypass rate limits will result in account termination.

3. JVZoo Payments & Refunds
All subscription payments are processed securely through JVZoo. Any requests for refunds or cancellations must be handled in accordance with the JVZoo platform’s standard buyer policies and the specific guarantee outlined on our sales page.

4. No Income Guarantee
Lead Growth AI provides software tools to assist in B2B outreach. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, client acquisition, or revenue generation resulting from the use of our software. Your success depends entirely on your own business practices and market factors.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lead Growth AI, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
